Three Layer Roll Forming Machine for Steel Roof & Wall Sheets Multi Profiles

This three-layer (triple-layer) metal sheet roll forming machine is designed for multi-functional production, enabling a single device to manufacture three different types of roofing and wall sheets —such as trapezoidal rib sheets, corrugated sheets, roof tile sheets, or other customized profiles.

Customers can freely request combinations of sheet types based on their project needs, eliminating the need to invest in multiple single-function machines and significantly optimizing production efficiency and cost.

The sheets produced by this machine are widely applicable to the roofing and wall cladding of various buildings, including industrial workshops, commercial warehouses, residential buildings, and public facilities. It supports two common raw material types: PPGI (pre-painted galvanized steel) and GI (galvanized steel), adapting to different durability and aesthetic requirements of construction projects.

The complete production line of the three-layer roll forming machine consists of four core parts: decoiler → roll former → computer control system → product table, with a fully automated workflow:

1. Decoiling: The manual uncoiler stably unrolls the steel coil, and the speed sensor synchronizes with the roll former to ensure uniform material feeding.
2. Forming: The main roll former uses multi-station rollers to gradually shape the flat steel sheet into the preset triple-layer profiles (e.g., trapezoidal + corrugated + roof tile).
3. Control: The Siemens PLC control system monitors the entire process in real time—adjusting speed, setting cutting length, and ensuring forming precision via the Omron encoder.
4. Cutting & Discharging: The hydraulic cutting system cuts the formed sheets to the set length (tolerance +/-1mm), and the up-powered product table conveys the finished sheets to the storage area.

• Packing Method: The main machine is wrapped with plastic film to prevent scratches, dust, or moisture during transportation; vulnerable components (e.g., control panel, cutting blade) are additionally protected with foam or cartons.
• Transportation Requirement: All machines can be loaded into one 40-foot container, reducing international shipping costs and simplifying customs clearance procedures.

• Payment Term: 30% deposit via T/T in advance (to start production), and 70% balance via T/T after customer inspection and confirmation (before shipment)—ensuring both parties' interests and product quality.
• Delivery Time: Production and delivery are completed within 35 days after receiving the deposit; we prioritize production scheduling to meet customer project timelines.
